2.3. dogwienere_info reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for rock climbing activities.
3.1. All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by our instructors.
3.2. Proper use of climbing equipment is mandatory. Any intentional misuse may result in immediate termination of the course without refund.
3.3. dogwienere_info provides essential climbing gear, but participants are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
4.1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
4.2. Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
4.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
4.4. dogwienere_info reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unfavorable weather conditions or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5.1. Participants acknowledge that rock climbing is an inherently dangerous activity and agree to assume all risks associated with participation in our courses.
5.2. By registering for a course, participants waive any and all claims against dogwienere_info, its instructors, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course.
6.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of dogwienere_info and protected by copyright laws.
6.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the Website is strictly prohibited.
7.1. dogwienere_info respects your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
